Q: Do i need to be fit to train in the lessons?
A: No let us work on your fitness and needs
Q: Do i have to fight or spar with others?
A: no some people just train for the fitness side of things, although some people do spar.
Q: What kit do i need to bring?
A: To start off just wear adequete clothing for training in, i.e tracksuits bottomes or shorts and tshirts, on matted areas is bare foot or boxing boots only, then as you progress and like the training please feel free to ask about necessary equipment etc.
Q: What age can my children start?
A: Depending on what lessons you are thinking of you will need to contact the gym and enquire, but please note children will NOT be training under full contact rules.
Q: I have never done any training like this before does that matter?
A: No not at all we will train you.
Q: Do i need anything else?
A: A little bit of motivation.
